Who is going on a summer holiday?
Been at home for several months it’s true
masks and hand gel pack if you are going away
and keep checking the rules
Social distancing too.

Some people opt for a staycation
for online home school’s stopped at last
the beaches in UK are crowded.
We hope good weather lasts.

Some took flights to do a summer holiday
and they wore their masks while on the plane
Coming back there is no need to quarantine
Surprise for those who were in Spain
For the rules changed again

The UK weather’s been surprising
The sun has worn his hat many days
Oh I do like to be beside the seaside
if people would stay 2 meters away.

Lockdown routines have gone on for many days
Need a break now from the same four walls.
Hope to recharge on the summer holiday
For a break from it all
